I work with teens and adults through individual counseling. I treat a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, and addiction. I am especially interested in working with women confronting postpartum depression and anxiety and women struggling to find balance in their roles as mothers, wives, professionals, and individuals. I specialize in working with individuals and couples who have had difficult relationship experiences throughout their lives. I enjoy helping couples build connection and security. I also enjoy working with women who are navigating generational cycles, complex trauma, or are just feeling disconnected from themselves and their families. My specialties are:

I support children with or without special needs and their parents to improve skills and communication in a play-based behavioral approach. I also help teens and young adults develop self-understanding, resilience, and confidence. My specialties include:
